RETURN POLICY
We believe in our products and confident that you will love them as much as we do. However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product to us within 7- days of your initial purchase, and we will be happy to issue you with a Product Replacement, Cash Refund or Store Credit to be used to buy any product of your choice from Deus.com.gh

Our Deus product warranties exist in the two terms. The first is the 7-Days Defective Products Return Guarantee, the second is the 30-Day Limited Warranty.
Since all warranty transactions are time sensitive, the customer is required to fully inspect the product upon delivery. Be sure to retain any barcode materials in good condition or other obviously evidence such as products photos to prove the products are ours since they may be required in order to process a return.
7- Days Defective Products Return Guarantee
Deus will accept returned defective merchandise within the first 7-days after purchase on a no questions asked basis according to the following conditions:
- All returned products must include a barcode number. This number can be acquired by contacting the After-sales Service Department.
- All returned of our products must include original packaging, software, manual, documents, etc. with the returned merchandise.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees. Uninsured item damaged in shipping will void the guarantee.
- The refunded amount will consist of the invoice amount of the item, less all fees asssociated with handling and shipping. Original charges for shipping, handling, etc. will not be refunded.
- Gift Set returns can be processed as an exchange but are not eligible for refunds. Gift Sets may only be exchanged (not refunded) if they are unopened and in original condition.
- We are unable to process a credit card refunds that occur more than 30 days from the date of purchase
30-Day Limited Warranty
Deus warrants your product against all defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is effective on the purchase date of the product and expires 30-Days from the original purchase date based on the Delivery slip printed.
1). Remedy: At our discretion, Deus will either repair or replace your defective product free of charge. Deus will not pay shipping charges that you incur for sending your product to us.
2). Warranty Exclusions: Warranty does not apply to your products under any of the following conditions:
- The barcode has been removed or modified.
- Your products have been subjected to misuse or damage (including water damage, physical abuse, and/or improper installation).
- Your products are damaged by dismantled privately. All the damage of force majeure (Fire or flood.)
Manufacturer Warranty
Manufacturer warranty law, governed by the UCC, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and the FTC rules, covers retailers’ express or implied guarantees of a product’s quality and/or reliability. The seller is promising that the product will perform as described. If the product breaks or does not work as promised, then it has failed to meet the warranty’s requirements. The consumer or purchaser may, under the warranty, be able to return the item for a refund, receive a replacement, or have the item repaired for free.
The Manucfacturer Warranty comes in 1-year, 2-years and sometimes up to 3-years depending upon the manufacturer or distributor agreement.
These warranty covers are usually undertaken by Authorized Service Centers mandated to carry out replacements and repairs on behalf of the various manufacturers.
Deus will only act as an intermidiary between our customers and these Authorized Service Centers to ensure that our customers are well taken care of, in the event of a defect of a product with Manufacturer Warranty.
Not all Products have Manufacturer Warranties and Customers are entreated to check whether a particular product has this warranty under the product details of the product page or by consulting Deus Customer Service before purchase.
Customers are reminded that Manufacturer Warranties takes time to claim and must excercise immense patience for their issues to be resolved.

We will reply your email to confirm that we have received your request and to answer any questions that you may have.
Ship the items back to us, including your Order Number & Name with the items you wish to return. We cannot process a credit until the product is shipped back to us and received. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage in transit.
Please note that, customer pays the cost of return shipping.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss.

We regret that shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. Please see the Damaged Items information bellow.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately by sending us an email to: [email protected] or call 0302-422-666 for further assistance.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for a quick response. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the delivery box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the delivery carrier.
Note:
1. Products can only be replaced by “Deus” if returned within our 7-Days Returns Period.
2. Ink Cartridges delivered new can not be returned after 48hours unless there is evidence that the ink is dried up.
3. Deus is not responsible for damages caused by the customer
4. Laptop Battaries have 7-Days Warranty and Should be returned immediately after testing and problem detected.
REFUND POLICY
Deus Customers can request a refund on the following conditions:
- You cancelled a prepaid order (an order that is already been paid for)
- You rejected a prepaid order due to Product not as discribed
- You returned an order within Deus’s 7-Day Return Policy
- We are unable to process a Cash refund if product is not returned within Deus’s 7-Day Return Period from the date of purchase.
- If a product is returned after the Deus’s 7-Day Return Period but within the 30-Day Limited Warranty and qualify for return, Deus will issue the customer a Store Credit equivelant to the purchased amount. The store credit can be used to re-order same or different product from Deus.
Refunds are done using the same payment method that was used during the time of purchase.
Once your item has been retrieved, expect an overall duration of 10-Business Days (Two Weeks) to receive your refund, provided the Refund & Return Request is Approved and matching the returns conditions.
Refund Request's are usually approved or denied within 5-Business Days after request is submitted.
REFUND TYPE
Deus offers the customer the opportunity to select a Refund Type, Cash or Store Credit. Each comes with its benefits and customers are advised to choose one that meets or satisfy their requirements. To do so, Select from the drop-down menu of Refund Type in “Request for Refund” form.
Cash Refund
This usually is refunded to customers after your order qualifies for Cash Refund. Upon qualification and approval, Cash is refunded to the customer either by Bank Transfer, Mobile Money Payment or Cash Pick-up from any of Deus nearest Offices. Cash Refund takes up to 10 Business days to complete and Customers are advice to adhere to this procedure
Store Credits
Store Credits are funds available in a customer’s account, which can be used to make purchases. Locate Store Credit & Refund at the Left side of your account dashboard. To request Store credit as refund, select Store Credit under the drop-down menu of Refund type on the Refund Request form. Store Credit Refunds usually takes 1-5 Business days to complete and upon approval, the customer’s account is credited immediately.
