1 . How do I create an Account?
Follow the below steps to create a new account
- First click the Sign-In tab at the right top side of Home page, select “create account”
- Type in your email address, Select a password and confirm it by repeating it in the field marked “confirm password”. NOTE: Your password must contain atleast a capital letter, a small letter, numbers and must have a minimum of 8-characters in length.
- Enter your mobile number and click the “Send OTP” button
- A 4-digit OTP (One Time Pin) will be sent to your mobile number for registration
- Type the OTP code received on your phone onto the field marked OTP* for confirmation
- Click “VERIFY & REGISTER” button to complete account creation and login
2 . How do I Login to my Account?
To Login/Sign-In into your Account, First click on the Sign-In at the top of our home page and select sign-in.
Select between "LOGIN WITH OTP" and "LOGIN WITH PASSWORD"
Sign-In by using OTP (Phone number) or Using your email address and password.
To Login with OTP,
- Select Login with OTP
- Enter your mobile number and click the “Send OTP” button
- An OTP (One Time Pin) will be sent to your mobile number for registration
- Type the OTP code received on your phone onto the field marked OTP for confirmation
- Click “VERIFY & LOGIN” button to complete account creation and login
To Login with Password,
- Select Login with Password
- Type in your email address in the field marked 'Email Address' which was used in registering your account,
- Enter your password in the field marked “password”.
- Click "LOGIN" button to login to your account
System will automatically take you to your account Dashboard once Signed In. Create an account if you haven’t done so and then Sign in after account is created.
3 . How do I Place an Order?
Follow the below steps to place an Order on Deus.com.gh
- Login to your account or Create an account if you don't have any and Login/sign-in
- Search for the product you want to order (using our all time powerful Elastic Search) and click on the product from the suggested list to open the product page. If search suggestion do not contain your product , try changing the product name or search wording.
- Use the 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy Now' buttons to either add the product to cart to allow for more products to be added or buy now to checkout directly if buying only that product
- Select a prefered Shipping Address ( Add new Shipping address if you don't have any or want to change it)
- Select Shipping Method ( Warehouse pick-up or Deus Express delivery)
- Select a Payment Method under the title "payment Methods"
- Click "Place Order" to complete order placement.

4 . Can I Cancel my Order?
YES
You can cancel your order if it is not yet paid for by simply calling our Customer Support Team and request a cancellation. If you have already paid for your order and still wish to cancel it , you can do so and Request a Refund or change of product. If you have already received your order and want to return it , read our Return & Refund Policy to ensure your order qualifies for a Return or Refund. When in doubt, contact us for further support
5 . How do I Request a Refund?
Requesting for a Refund is easy and simple.
- On the Refund Request form, Fill in your Name, Order ID, Phone Number, Email address and City
- Select by ticking the reason or reasons for the request
- Describe the problem in full or give complete reasons for the request in the field marked “State Full Reason for Refund or Description of Problem ”
- Upload a picture of the damaged product or snapshot of payment receipt (if the product is not yet delivered) in the field marked “Screenshot of Product Condition”
- Accept our terms and conditions of refund (Return and Refund Policy)
- Remember to Read the “Return and Refund Policy” by clicking the link to ensure you order qualifies for Return or Refund
- Click the SEND button to submit your Refund Request.

6 . How to Request for Price of a Product without Price?
Click on the 'Request for Price' Button on the specific product and fill the required fields.
Click Submit to request for the price of the product. Read our Request for Price guide for further support
7 . Can I Pay for my Order on Delivery?
YES
Deus allows Customers to pay for orders upon delivery only within Accra the National Capital. Customers outside Accra will have to complete payment using the available Payment Methods before orders are shipped to them using the available shipping Methods. Customers can pay Cash to our delivery Personnel or Pay Mobile Money to Deus Registered Mobile money number upon delivery of order.
8 . What is OTP Verification?
OTP (One Time Pin) Verification plugin verifies Mobile Number of users by sending verification code (OTP) during registration and login. It removes the possibility of a user registering with fake Email Address / Mobile Number. This plugin checks the existence of the Mobile Number and the ability of a user to access that Mobile Number.
Verification Request
Customer enter his/her mobile phone number in the field marked ‘Mobile No.’ and then clicks on the ‘Send OTP or Verify’ button when
- Creating a new account
- Adding New Address in Account
- When logging on to the website using OTP Login
This generates a unique OTP which is sent to the customers registered mobile number as sms.
Customer enters the unique OTP sent by Deus on website and gets verified instantly.
9 . How Long will it Take for my Order to Arrive After I Make Payment?
Deus ships out orders within 1 hour after a customer places an order and confirm payment. Our same day shipping makes us exceptional. Products in our local Warehouses takes same day to deliver within Accra and up to 2-days if customer is outside Accra. For Products in our oversees warehouses, Estimated shipping time ranges between 1-5 business days and up to 30-days to deliver to the customer depending upon the shipping method choosen. 10 . Why do some Products have Longer Delivery Date?
Deus fulfill its orders from Warehouses in Ghana and Abroad. Products that have longer delivery date and time mostly are shipped from abroad and customers should endevor to check this before placing orders. However there are some few products also with longer delivery time which are located in warehouses in Ghana but due to larger volumes of orders, may have longer delivery time to allow enough time for warehouse team to meet up with demands.
